It Can’t Snow All The Time

“No winter lasts forever; no spring skips its turn.” – Hal Borland

Even in the passing of life, it can spring forth something new in its wake.  During a recent trek through the woods, I saw this decaying trunk giving life to the flourishing leaves at its side and thought, “It really is becoming lively around here; almost a bit like spring”.

It is one of my most favorite times of the year for a few reasons. 😉
