Sometimes it is important to inspect things as if under a microscope. It can even be cathartic to find a small microcosm of the world or universe and catechize it to the most finite and granular level. Of course, once you get down into that rabbit hole, it can be wondrous to just respect the view.
Today, while home with a sick kid, it was nice to get a five minute breather to try out a new bouncing flash technique I have been reading about with this awesome little froggy I found basking in the shade of two leaves.
It is the little moments in life that make it worth it; it really helps you to forget the crap that can be slung at you.
